**About The Role**:
We pay £10.14 per hour rising to £10.54 from April-22. Pathways Northwest is a busy unit with lots of activities and interventions taking place. We are very recovery focused, using the recovery star tool to measure progress and outcomes.

Role responsibilities:

- To provide leadership and direction to all care staff and residents within the service.
- Line management responsibilities for the Support Workers within the service; take on supervisory responsibility for staff within you team.
- To support the effective delivery of care and therapeutic services throughout the service, whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery, in accordance with local and national standards & regulations.
- To contribute to the strategic, operational and business development of the service.
- To ensure information reporting requirements both internally and externally are met in an accurate and timely manner.
- To take responsibility for the overall leadership of a shift ensuring the overall safety, delegation and management of the team ensuring the high standards of care and that day-to-day tasks are completed.
- Ensure the adherence to Active CareGroup policies & procedures.
- To participate in an on-call rota each month along with other team leaders and service managers.

**About You**:
The team leader will have experience of managing a team of staff and the skills to mentor, and supervise support staff
- A relevant professional Qualification at Level 2 or Higher in Care or Management e.g. NVQ/SVQ, QCF Award Certificate or Diploma
- Good time management skills
- IT literate
- A caring and supportive attitude towards others which is founded on respect
- An effective work style which is responsive, participative and creative.
