**About us**:
The Lensbury Resort, situated by Teddington Lock is set within 25 acres of landscaped grounds. Facilities include a 4* Hotel, Conference Centre, Events and Special Occasions and a Premium Leisure Club The Lensbury is a piece of the countryside in the Heart of Teddington.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide all members and guests of The Lensbury with a warm and efficient welcome
- Deal efficiently with enquiries from members and guests in person and on the telephone
- Make reservations, operating computerised advance reservations system
- Process all cash procedures, ensuring accuracy and security at all times
- Issue tickets for events
- Adhere to all department standards of performance

**What are we looking for?**
- Must have hotel reception experience
- Ability to converse effectively and competently with both members and staff
- Excellent customer service skills and good telephone manner
- Accurate typing skills and knowledge of Word
- Knowledge of reservations systems software is an advantage

**Terms and Conditions**:

- 40 hours per week
- Flexible shift pattern to cover evenings and weekends
