**Collections Advisor**

**Full Time Permanent**

**Location**:Office based

**Hours**:37.5 hours per week

**Working Hours**:Mon-Thurs 09.00am-5.30pM/Friday 09.00am-4.00pm

**Pay**:£10 per hour

If you have experience in customer service, sales or collections then we have a great opportunity for you

**Immediate interviews available for start date of February 2023.**

**The Role**
- Outbound calling to existing customers to arrange collection of outstanding money due on their accounts
- Setting up direct debits
- Arranging payment plans

**What are we looking for in you?**
- And understanding approach to customers situations
- Strong listening skills
- Confident when having difficult conversations
- Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred but full training will be provided for this role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Swansea: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
