**Sales Associates (35hr) - Swansea City Centre**

**What you can expect**:
In your role as a Sales Advisor you will demonstrate that you’re passionate about our products and brands. You must provide excellence customer service at all times whilst building strong relationships with our clients (new and existing) and team members. You will show integrity & initative with helping the business growth:

- Deliver Excellent Customer Service whilst building a loyal customer base
- Contribute to achieve store targets
- Take an interest to learn about the brands and the products
- Drive the use of all available tools to promote our brands and store
- Ensure procedures and policies are strictly followed

**Your profile**:

- Retail sales experience is prefered
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business
- Must be available to work weekends and felixable during the week
- Willingness to learn and develop sales techniques
- Proactive with a positive attitude
