**Location**: Hybrid - Home based with regular travel to our offices

**Hours**: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

As Head of Human Resources, you will contribute to our vision of being the **UK's leading** property manager by:

- Partnering with the Managing Director to define and manage the people agenda for the areas of business which will span the employee life cycle - Attract / Engage / Develop / Retain.
- Working closely with the Managing Director of Campions and other senior leaders across the Campions Group to develop defined people plans for their business areas.

This position reports to the Chief People Officer and with a dotted line to the Managing Director of Campions.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Engagement strategy
- Capability development and defining future capabilities required
- Succession planning
- Reward planning and strategy
- Defining with the relevant senior leaders any changes, whether behavioural or ways of working, that need to be realised and embedded in the business area.
- Agreeing a strategy with the senior leaders on how to improve retention and people management capability, and what people data & metrics can inform the direction and picture.
- Develop a resourcing strategy that ensures we hire the right people.
- Acting as a sounding board for the Managing Director and senior leaders to advise on people matters, able to influence, constructively challenge and advise on risk.
- Working with the acquisition team and relevant senior leaders to integrate acquisitions into the business area.
- Provide the senior leaders with management information which provides insight and can be used to inform thinking and decisions.
- Take the lead and oversee people initiatives for the business area from start to finish.
- Oversee employee relations activities and ensure that these are appropriately managed.

**About You**

You will have experience at a similar level and be used to partnering a Managing Director preferably within similar business or a sales-led environment, and have gained sound experience of developing and managing people initiatives from start to finish along with experience of developing bonus and commission schemes.

You will have solid experience of dealing with employee relations issues with extensive knowledge of current employment legislation.

You will be experienced in working on acquisition due diligence, and subsequent integration of the acquired workforce.

You will be confident influencing stakeholders be able to influence the outcome of situations. You will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and be adept at ensuring alignment.

You will be able to build strong relationships and fully understand the business area, while demonstrating good commercial acumen.

You will possess the ability to discuss and resolve issues through creative solutions, and be comfortable advising in ambiguous situations

You will have an excellent ability to interpret data and able to communicate clearly any insights and/or trends.
