We are professional, agile, customer-centric, and our goal is to provide an exceptional luxury experience to our clientele.

What we require you to do:
Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and professional experience for clients, assisting with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive and comfortable atmosphere.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track product levels, and reorder supplies as needed to ensure that our salon is well-stocked at all times.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the products and services we offer and be able to provide clients with information and recommendations on wig care, maintenance, and styling.

Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings and changes, and coordinate with stylists to ensure that appointments run smoothly.

Studio Maintenance: Ensure the salon studio is clean, organised, and presentable at all times. Assist with routine maintenance and liaise with external contractors when necessary.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, client record management, and handling payments.

Sales Support: Promote retail sales by offering guidance on wig selection and upselling relevant products.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a salon or beauty-related industry is a plus.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive and friendly attitude.

**Salary**: £23,866.00-£25,239.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
