Ocean Freight Coordinator

This is a **Full-time, Permanent** position working **Monday-Friday 09:00 to 17:30** (can be flexible should you wish to start earlier e.g 08:00) NO WEEKENDS Based at our office in **Dunstable.**

You will be joining our **motorsport team**, who manage the end-to-end process of importing and exporting Ocean Freight. There will never be a dull moment, as you will be working in-line with the motorsports event calendar.

**What will you be doing?**

You will manage the ocean freight activity from start to finish including, taking customer bookings, arranging shipments, producing shipping documentation, handling customs clearance and continuous monitoring and tracking.

You will use the Cargowise system to create, manage and maintain the ocean freight shipments and will use your excellent communication skills to communicate with the internal operations team along with overseas agents.

You will use your time management skills to ensure the freight arrives on time at each motorsport event destination, overcoming any arising issues.

**What experience will you need?**

You will need to have previous experience in dealing with import or/and export ocean freight.
