We are one of the busiest independent hospices in the UK and there are exciting times ahead as we moved to our beautiful new hospice at Bray Lake in Maidenhead

We are currently recruiting experienced Clinical Specialists to join our busy Hospice at Home Team, to assist in providing care for patients requiring end of life care in their own homes.

In this role, you will work across a locality to provide individual care, including symptom control with the support of a Staff Nurse or Health Care Assistant.

You will be an experienced nurse or Paramedic, but the experience of community working and palliative care is not essential.
