Customer Relations Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the NHS Sussex All Age Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Team.
We are looking for a Customer Relations Administrator who will work with and support the Customer Relations Manager to ensure that commissioned care and CHC services meet the needs and preferences of all CHC patients and service users, NHS quality standards ad the CHC Quality Assurance Framework.
The Customer Relations Administrator will deliver a full administrative service for the CHC Customer Relations team and support the Customer Relations Manager to provide a modern, effective, customer-focused service, assisting with timely investigations and administration of complaints.
You will have responsibility for the administration of the Freedom of Information process and Subject Access Requests within CHC and work with the Communications and Engagement Team to help develop an excellent overall Patient experience.
Experience in dealing with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information is essential for this role together with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to listen and empathise with clients.
