For our store in **London**, we are currently looking for a

**Sales Consultant Full Time**

Our Sales Consultants are our ambassadors: committed, passionate, willing to deliver a unique and true luxury experience to the Bally clientele and establish a long-term customer relationship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage proactively the sales in order to ensure the target are met.
- Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store according to the Bally Way to Sell.
- Show motivation to succeed, consistently meeting individual goals.
- Build customer loyalty through CRM and active client book development.
- Actively participate in trainings to support new products introduction.
- Help maintain the shop floor, assist with VM, stock management and replenishment.

**Desired profile**:

- Focus in driving sales and meeting targets.
- At least 5 years of previous experience in retail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong focus on clientelling.
- Digital attitude.
- Excellent standing and attention to grooming.
- Passion for Fashion and luxury-goods.
- Strong team player, results driven and proactive.
- Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment would be a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, other languages skills will be considered as an advantage.
