- 0375-23This is an amazing opportunity to work for a fantastic employer - The University of Sunderland as part of the North-East workforce skills programme are looking to appoint a Participant engagement advisor to support the exciting ESF project; to maximize the effectiveness of the ESF “North East Workforce Skills” programme by becoming the main point of contact for participants prior to attending their first training session at MTC.

The highest levels of post transaction support will be provided to clients, along with assisting delegates with training dates any pre-course information, following up enquiries and ensuring participants are fully aware of the programme details and participant commitment.

- Ability to prioritise workload across a variety of tasks
