Summer Holiday Club Activity/sports Lead

**The Role**

You do not necessarily need the qualifications mentioned if you can demonstrate a real passion for working with children.

**Main Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for the following:

- Liaising with the setting manager to deliver activities
- Ensure safeguarding, behaviour and activity policies are followed
- Ensure any conflicts between students are resolved according to the behaviour policy
- Ensure activity resources are organised and ready for children to take part
- Ensure work area is clean and tidy
- Ensure all students take part

**Training/Qualification**

We know that heroes come in all shapes and sizes, but here are some things that will help you get the job:

- Level 2/3 childcare or Sports Coaching qualification or relevant experience
- Has a valid Paediatric First Aid
- Has relevant Supervisory and Management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or Secondary

**Salary**: Competitive

**Hours**: 16

**Dates**:week begining 19th December

**Enhanced DBS**

An enhanced DBS check will be required as we share our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 weeks

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

Wearing face masks, Safe distancing, Proper ventilation, Handwashing, Staying home when sick and getting tested and Cleaning and disinfecting,
