**Vibrance** has an exciting opportunity for an** HR Advisor **with proven experience** **to join our exceptional team in **Bethnal Green.**

This role incorporates hybrid working. A typical work week will involve 3 Days working from our Bethnal Green office or visiting projects and 2 days home working.

You will join us on a **full-time, permanent contract **(35 hours per week)**, **and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of** **between** **£27,864 to £29,768** per annum** plus benefits.**

**About the HR Advisor role**:
Supporting the Head of HR, the post holder will provide comprehensive and professional advice, guidance, and support to a range of Directors, Line Managers, and employees across the business, whilst also contributing to an effective, efficient administration service to the HR function.

**Responsibilities as our HR Advisor**:

- Supporting the Head of HR with the implementation of HR strategies to assist in maintaining and improving the business and employee experience
- Line management of a HR assistant
- Ensuring employees receive appropriate support and guidance to maximise employee welfare and improve staff retention
- Providing support with a grievance, disciplinary, redundancy and performance issues
- Creating, reviewing and improving forms/processes used for HR purposes HR Advisor - Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Managing of the HR IT systems, including generation of reports and responding to system alerts

**Skills and experience of our ideal HR Advisor**:

- Proven experience in an HR capacity
- A firm understanding of employment law
- Computer literate
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to deal with sensitive and confidential issues
- The ability to work under own initiative and as part of a wider team
- Experience with employee relations cases
- Experience with payroll support
