**Main Responsibilities**:

- Qualify inbound Leads to determine sales readiness from multiple marketing sources, and distribute to the relevant Sales Executive
- Identify, create, and manage sales leads in line with the company’s Sales Process
- Update CRM with the relevant data in relation to leads; continually maintain database of leads within CRM - (HubSpot)
- Obtain an in-depth knowledge of the company, their products, and the markets which they operate within, to have valuable conversations with the clients
- Generate the agreed minimum of qualified leads per day for the wider sales community
- Book first meetings direct into the Sales Executive diary
- This role grants real autonomy and offers an excellent scope for progression

**Requirements**:

- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Fantastic phone manner and confidence to speak to people at different levels
- Strong communication skills including written communication
- Ability to acquire key information quickly and accurately from prospective customers
- Embraces and thrives in a fast-paced and results-based environment
- Self-starter with excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Able to work with mínimal supervision after agreeing objectives
- Excellent data entry skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record with internal sales experience/Telesales (no matter how small)
- Working knowledge of CRM systems - (HubSpot experience desirable)

**Synopsis**:
They currently have leads coming into the business that require a quick response, they are not able to facilitate this and therefore they could “miss the boat”. Within the first 3 months they would be looking at increased MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) conversion. This is not a sales closing role, you will be targeted on meetings booked, leads converted to opportunity, time taken to respond to a lead. 6 months in, they'll see an increase in conversion from SQL to closed won deals, as a direct result of the leads being qualified to a higher standard.

Role is paying around the £25k mark + Commission
