We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well-motivated Assistant Psychologist to work within the London OPD service.

**Background Information**

The London OPD (offender personality disorder) pathway is a partnership jointly conceived, commissioned and delivered by HMPPS and NHS England. The The OPD Pathway programme provides services to men and women with complex psychological difficulties and serious offending histories, in addition to the multi-agency professionals working with them.

**Job Overview**

This role is fixed term for a year and is a split post. Half of the post is geared towards contributing to the implementation and development of a service based on a Psychologically Informed Planned Environment (PIPE) model at an Approved Premises in Catford.PIPEs are specifically designed environments where staff members have additional training to develop an increased psychological understanding of their work.

The other half of the post is in the Women's Pathway. The post holder will support the delivery of a woman's Approved Premises in Battersea and a women's Community hub. We are keen to hear from individuals who are interested in gaining experience inundertaking research, audit, service-evaluations and writing psychological Formulations.
