As a barista, you make and serve every barista prepared drink to the ½ Million standards whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience, inspiring people to connect and enjoy genuine moments together. You are a brand ambassador and represent the business at all times, which means you serve exceptional coffee while meeting the highest possible customer standards, showcasing your dedicated work ethic. At the heart of your role is delivering efficient service times and high quality

**Key Responsibilities**
- Taking orders and payments whilst assembling customer orders which may include food and drink
- Efficiently preparing and serving customers’ barista prepared drinks to trained standards. Always with latte art.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness at your work station and ensure tables are cleared and cleaned
- Ensure the coffee area is stocked and ready for busy service periods
- Follow the opening and closing checklists to ensure that drink recipes are maintained and the coffee area is always ready for preparing high quality drinks to quickly
- Follow stock management procedures for coffee, milk and all other drink ingredients
- Share your knowledge with customers
- Be professional, courteous and friendly, even when busy, to customers and colleagues
- Learn from and share your experience with your colleagues, work as part of a team
- Support the Head Barista with coffee operations, new joiner development or additional projects

**Further Information**

Location: Just outside Holborn Underground station
- Full Time: 40 hours p/w with overtime available
- Salary: £11 per hour
- Operating hours: 6am - 7pm (Monday - Sunday)
- 28 day’s paid holiday pay (Based on a 40 hour working week)

Start Date: Immediate
