The venue:
As the sister venue to The Espresso Room, one of London's original specialty coffee shops established in 2009, we are proud to continue our mission of serving the community as 'Your neighbourhood coffee shop.'

Our goal is to establish ourselves as the premier specialty coffee destination in the area, offering the best coffee London has to offer, along with an elevated selection of V60s and captivating guest filter coffees.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of coffee preparation, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with management team to curate an outstanding coffee menu, including V60 and guest filter coffees.
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards in the coffee preparation area.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Extensive experience in specialty coffee preparation, with a deep understanding of brewing methods and equipment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for sharing knowledge with both staff and customers.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering outstanding coffee.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a specialty coffee shop or similar role is a must.
