Support for Ordinary Living (SOL) is a non-profit organisation, who work for people with a variety of different support needs and disabilities to choose and create a life for themselves within their own homes and communities throughout Lanarkshire.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Supported Living Administrator post within the organisation. This is a Full time office-based role which will be based in Wishaw, North Lanarkshire.

**About the role**

The Supported Living Administrator will support the work of managers to ensure that the people SOL work for have the best possible care and support and are enabled to live the life of their choosing.

The quality of the services SOL provides is dependent on the ability of the Supported Living Administrator to efficiently and effectively plan and coordinate the supportive structures that facilitate excellent care and support.

As a key resource for frontline service delivery the post holder may at times work alongside the people we support and their staff teams to ensure that all administrative operations run efficiently and smoothly.
