Administration Assistant

**Duties include**:
- Answering and transferring external calls.
- Filing, scanning and photocopying.
- Purchasing/hiring of tools and materials for jobs.
- Maintaining stationery and PPE stocks.
- Assisting with the compilation of Health & Safety site folders.
- Providing general administrative support.
Experience of working in the construction industry, using Microsoft Office and Eque2 Construct (or similar construction database for producing purchase orders and logging invoices) would be a distinct advantage.
