Our client is looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to join their dynamic team in a leading Managing Consultancy in the UK. As the Senior HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of people strategy, primarily in London as well as other UK offices. You will support with performance, retention and satisfaction of employees across the business, work with HR managers on ER coaching and be a primary point of contact for HR queries and issues.

**What would I be doing day to day?**
- Job Title: Senior HR Coordinator
- Location: London / Hybrid
- Salary: £47,000 - £55,000 per annum

**Key Duties**:

- Provide advice on people-related topics and ensure legal compliance is achieved throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Oversee local contracts, HR lifecycle changes, and support HR managers across the business
- Lead difficult conversations with employees, coach and advice Managers on how to front ER across their teams
- Managing absence, performance, grievance, disciplinary, and career transition issues.
- Participate in engagement initiatives across multiple offices.
- Drive processes forward to ensure seamless execution of all HR-related matters to the highest standards.
- Develop policies to support and collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices
- Drive HR projects alongside day-to-day work, such as improving senior hire onboarding experience and renewing family leave processes.
- Streamline HR operations processes to improve efficiency across UK offices.
- Support HR Managers with capacity headcount planning

**What is the company looking for?**
- Relevant degree in HR or other related studies, CIPD Level 5 is desirable
- 4+ years' experience within HR
- Strong generalist knowledge and confidence heading up ER issues, coaching and training
- Experience with implementing and driving HR projects
- Results-oriented personality, highly developed sense of responsibility and strong teamwork
- Experience in using Microsoft Office is essential
- Workday experience is desirable
