DESCRIPTION

Are you an Account Handler with strong Commercial Insurance experience, seeking a new opportunity in Chester?
THE OPPORTUNITY:
NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the largest and most successful brokers in the UK in their recruitment of a Commercial Account Handler to join their Chester based operation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join a company with an enviable reputation for excellence and standards.
As Commercial Account Handler, you must have a good grounding of commercial insurance knowledge, be astute, career focused and possess strong levels of enthusiasm and reliability.
You will service, provide technical advice and work to company set targets. You will endeavour to provide excellent customer service at all times and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing the best quality of service to your accounts.
- Dealing with renewals, mid-term adjustments and aiding in claim issues.
- Working collaboratively as part of the wider team to help move the business forwards.
- Handling queries with ease and liaising with the finance team when needed.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Will need to have proven insurance broking experience as a Commercial Account Handler.
- You will have knowledge of FCA Regulations and Insurance products.
- Ideally be Cert CII Qualified or be willing to work towards.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, time management skills and a high level of accuracy are a must.
