Spotlight Jobs now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to join a well-established Insurance Broker in Chester. Working as Senior Commercial Account Handler you will need to possess at least 5 years experience working with a variety of commercial insurance products. You will be dealing with a variety of clients in a number of business sectors, you will deal with the day-to-day running of the account, answer queries, renewals and ad hoc queries. A full clean driving license is ideal as travel will be involved but not essential. This role can be Hybrid or working from the office. Candidates should have the following experience. Will have good, proven commercial insurance experience within an Account Handling role ( Minimum 5 years experience) You should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of commercial insurance, but training will be provided for candidates lacking experience within some areas. Have excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate with clients at different levels. Will have the ability to work under pressure whilst managing your time effectively. Acturis experience is advantageous. This is a great opportunity to be part of a successful team coupled with having the opportunity to develop your own career. Excellent basic salary with extra ad hoc bonuses paid throughout the year plus excellent pension, travel allowance or free parking.
