**The Role**

Working as part of the Garden Team your role will be to install fibre optic cabling above and below ground, to residential and commercial customer properties.

**Responsibilities**
- Meet customers on site and discuss cable routes that suit the customers’ needs
- Use various methods, including a mini mole plough, to install/lay fibre cables across customers gardens (full training provided)
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with specific Health and Safety policies
- Contribute towards the development of best practice procedures for all activities
- Use information provided to install fibre cabling with mínimal impact on existing services
- Ensure appropriate and timely communication with our customers

**Requirements**:

- Experience full-time work in an outdoor role
- Proven ability to develop yourself
- Organised, with excellent time keeping skills
- Knowledge of groundwork and ground services
- Be able to work hard unsupervised
- Well presented (work clothing supplied)
- Demonstrates confidence
- Current driving license
- Display excellent customer facing skills

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on a 45 hour week (depending on experience)
