Due to growth within Autozone, we are looking to expand our team in within the Aftersales team. This opportunity would suit someone with a proven track record in a Service Advisor/ Service Receptionist position previously. You must be driven and have excellent organisation skills to excel in this role. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis, and reports directly to the General Manager.

**Job Summary**:
As a service advisor within Autozone UK LTD you will be a vital part of the daily running of the showroom and customers experience. You will work on the service reception and be the first point of contact for customers in regard to aftersales and vehicle repairs. You will see the customer through their aftersales journey from initial booking to handing the vehicle back over once works are complete. You will be expected to maintain all customer and vehicle records in a thorough and accurate manner and produce paperwork and invoices alongside works. You will liaise directly with the Workshop Manager, technicians, and parts department to update customers throughout their experience with aftersales, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction at all times. You will assist with new stock and deliveries, imputing vital vehicle information onto our tracking system. You will hand over courtesy cars to customers ensuring all paperwork is completed, including checking insurance and driving license documents to comply with company policies.

**Key Skills & Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, both over the phone and face to face. We provide only the best 5* service.
- Ensuring accurate diary management
- Accuracy when imputing information onto the system
- Liaising with all members of staff to transfer messages and calls accurately and thoroughly through the business.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in line with Company standards.
- Providing support throughout the showroom and garage and undertaking tasks where a helping hand is needed.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Updating customers in regard to repairs
- Invoicing and taking payments
- Liaising with 3rd parties
- Ability to multi task several systems
- Logging new vehicles onto the system
- Use of Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Excel, ClickDealer
- Maintaining vehicle records
- Sound understanding of mechanics

This role is office based at Autozone Darlington (DL1 2BP)
