Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic and hot beverages to customers
- Take customer food orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service

'Experience
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology is a plus
- Familiarity with basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 32 per week
