About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar operations, including managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring high-quality drinks and service. You'll work closely with our Assistant and General Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive success.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate a team of bar staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
* Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive sales growth
* Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and supplier relationships

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a high-end Cocktail/Wine Bar/Pub environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, Real Ales, and spirits, with a passion for delivering high-quality drinks and service
