**Job description**:
**Summary**: We are looking for GPP SME with expertise in Finastra GPP SP or GPP Fusion from a product standpoint as well as its implementation and configuration. The individual should have experience in payments implementation programs having performed role of GPP Configuration SME. Solid experience in ISO20022 and GPP as a solution consultant.

**Job Details**:
**Required Skills**:

- Functional and technical understanding of payment architecture of ISO20022, GPP, core payment processing solutions and underlying payment business processes. Experience any other industry led platforms would be a bonus
- Understanding of the basic payment hub architecture, the surround systems for payment hubs in a typical payment hub architecture and specifically GPP
- Should hold expertise in GPP Business Configurations, Rules Setup, MOP, STP Validation Rules. Well versed with GPP payment flows, various queues, UDQs etc.
- Should have hands on experience in analyzing GPP Traces, finding work around solutions, liaising with Finastra BA/QA
- Hand on experience in business rule configuration, profiles set up and other static data set up based on bank’s business requirement
- Expertise in preparing GPP Technical requirements, review of FRSD, IRSD and CRD documents
- Understanding of underlying payment flows and business processes covering CHAPS, T2, FedAch, Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT, Outward / Inward Remittances, and experience in writing functional requirements for integration of these services with banks systems
- Well versed with payment messaging formats. Experience in ISO20022, SWIFT MT are must have
- Understanding of Real time payments is a must with exposure to US and UK Clearings using GPP as a payments engine
- Should understand the workflow for bulk payments (mass pay) and single payments (high value and real time)
- Should have a know-how of defect triaging for identifying the root cause of issue
- Must have worked in at least 1 Finastra GPP implementation anywhere across the globe

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Eliciting functional and integration requirements from bank’s business and IT stakeholders
- Work with Bank SMEs to create business requirement documents (BRD), Integration requirement docs (IRD)
- Work with product SMEs to perform Gap analysis and create Function requirement and solution documents
- Work with payment product architect to create Interface specification documents (ISD)
- Guide and support the banks business teams in executing test cases for various payments scenarios
- Support the bank’s team with defect triage and identifying the root cause as either configuration or code defect
- Work independently on the project and drive the deliverables

**Additional Skill Set/Experience**:

- Create Agile user stories and acceptance documentation
- Participates in all agile ceremonies
- BSA’s facilitation of pre-grooming and grooming sessions during agile ceremonies
- Direct interaction with Line of Business partners internal and external and business groups
- Identifies and docs all system constraints, implications, and consequences of various proposed system changes
- Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group
- Excellent written skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze these requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project
- Ability to adapt to a fast-learning environment and deliver as a Lead BSA demonstrating ownership and drive in a short span of time
