Work as part of a wider team to transition windows servers to a new support team. Should include legacy OS versions.
- Deliver change in a virtually hosted server estate
- Use PDQ Deploy to automate roll out of server clients, patch management, monitoring tool agents (such Flextera, Qualis, AV, etc.)
- Deploy, install & configure server agents, Config instructions will be provided.
- Support team with decommission activities, pull back server configuration data that can be used to determine if servers in the wider are being actively used if not when they were last used.
- Support the deployment and build of new servers.
- Support transition of server estate form existing support team to new target support team, includes documenting estate and update of knowledge base
