**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY & ROLE**:
Our Service Coordinators are fundamental to our Managed Service offering ensuring these accounts run smoothly, delivering supporting service based activities and acting as a key point of contact on site for our associates. You will also contribute to driving forward continued improvement in service excellence.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supporting the Managing Architect/Account Team as required to ensure growth and client success.
- Wellbeing ambassador for the wider Mosaic Island Delivery Team of associates
- To develop and sustain excellent client relationships with stakeholders at all appropriate levels
- Client on and offboarding for associates into/out of Managed Service engagements, liaising with the Mosaic Island Recruitment team where appropriate
- To monitor SLA’s and metrics where appropriate and feedback to the client
- Able to present confidently to all levels of the clients hierarchy.
- Ownership of the assigned Managed Services financials including Purchase Orders, invoicing reconciliation and burndown/s.
- Liaise with the Mosaic Island finance team on the management of service financials and to report on these metrics where required to the team and client
- First point of contact for clients and associates financial questions.
- Commercial ‘front door’ for associate extensions, contract changes etc. & to liaise with the Recruitment team to ensure these are issued
- Timesheet management - supporting clients internal timesheet systems and ensuring associates log their client and MI timesheets where appropriate
- Ad hoc account support where required, which may include assistance with project planning, setting up trackers, templates and reports
- Ensuring you are aware of and adhering to all Mosaic Island information security and data protection policies, and where relevant, any client policies.
**ABOUT YOU**:
Above all, you will be a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills, you will be comfortable engaging with people at all levels, external associates, internal stakeholders and clients alike.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

- Operated within a Project Management Office function or similar
- Experience of Service Delivery, operating within a professional services organisation or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Interpersonal qualities and a ‘people person’
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Financial and Commercial acumen
**LOCATION**:
Home/remote based and flexible to travel to office or client locations on a regular basis (weekly).
Given most of our clients are located in London/ the Southeast / M4 corridor, being based within an easy travel distance would be beneficial.
