**Tyre Fleet Inspector - National**
This role supports the Truck team to deliver targets in relation to customer tyre inspection programmes and remedial work. Gathering tyre data to inform and assess fitments related to fleet contract accounts and ensuring tyre remedial actions are delivered with best in class service levels. Feedback findings to the Commercial network service coordinators and stakeholders to develop actionable plans to deliver the required standards and cost efficiencies.
**The Role**
- Inspection of tyres at nominated user sites nationally, to ensure agreed standards are being adhered to in accordance with SLAs e.g. fitment policy / pressure maintenance / husbandry.
- Liaison with Truckforce stakeholders to inform them of required remedial work plans.
- Prioritise time to work and collaborate with customers and allocated location to ensure monthly tyre inspection KPI target is achieved.
- Adopt a one team mindset to ensure all stakeholders are engaged to deliver commitments and first-class customer service.
- Monitor product performance to maximise the useable life of all tyres fitted to the fleet and to inform policy decisions.
**Desired Experience, Skills & Qualifications**
- Current knowledge of commercial truck tyres.
- Knowledge of the UK tyre service provision industry.
- Previous experience in the commercial truck tyre market.
- Working knowledge of commercial vehicles/trailers.
- Commercial truck mechanic (desired)
- A good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel e.g. pivot tables.
- GCSE or equivalent in maths and English.
- Current valid driving Licence (Essential).
