We are looking for a Hire Administrator to help out in our busy Hire office, this is a fixed term contract for 1 year.

**About The Role**

**The Role / Duties**:

- Provide first class Customer Service.
- Taking calls from our customers and assisting where required
- Preparation of hire contracts, quotations, and any other necessary correspondence through MCS-RM system
- Raising Purchase Orders through CRM system
- Scanning documents
- Liaising with suppliers and negotiating best prices
- Compiling reports when required
- Any other relevant tasks as and when required by your line manager
- Comply with all company policies and procedures including adherence to all H & S policies
- Awareness of company KPI targets for the Depot, assist in achieving and exceeding

**The person**:
We are looking for someone who has the drive and enthusiasm to learn new things and to assist in the smooth running of the Depot daily. With a forward-thinking attitude, you will seamlessly move on to the next thing that needs doing. You will be capable to work in a busy office, and to multitask when required. You will be able to prioritise effectively, and work as part of a team.
