You will provide clerical support for the ward and relieve professional staff of clerical and administrative tasks and procedures.

Ensure the maintenance of high standards of support in a care environment, which promotes equality and sensitivity for all individuals.

Care must be in adherence to local and national policies.

To ensure that relationships and own behaviour is managed in line with the Trust’s competencies.

To maintain the preparation of case notes for admission, discharges, ward attendees and clinics.

To accurately record and monitor all activity within the ward and report to the ward lead any unsatisfactory events.
