**Talent Acquisition Executive**

You will be responsible for the management of the recruitment cycle of permanent roles from line manager vacancy briefings, to advertising, pre-screening, arranging interviews, and onboarding.

This would be a good career move for an agency recruiter who would like to pursue a career in-house, or an in-house recruiter who is looking for the next step, working closely with an experienced People Team.

We recruit all roles across the board - Finance - HR - Sales - Purchasing - Workshop - Production - IT - Loan sales - Admin - Head Office - Senior Management.

The role is based at our impressive Head Office in Macclesfield.

Occasional travel to our other impressive UK sites will be required. Once settled in and you are confident in your position, remote working is also welcomed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advertise current opportunities on various career sites/pages.
- Searching CV job boards/LinkedIn and proactively approaching individuals with appropriate skill sets/geographical locations to discuss opportunities at Superbike Factory Ltd.
- Collate and record line manager interview feedback
- Engage in discussions with the TA Manager to ensure our offers of employment meet business benchmarks whilst also reflecting market salary alignments and relevant skills/experience.
- Assist with a first-class onboarding process from point of offer, issuing contracts, arranging and delivering inductions, through to the colleague's first day, with a hands-on approach.
- Coordinate resources; facilitate TA support prior to the induction process, including reference/compliance checks and liaising with management for IT equipment/systems access.
- Help to maintain precise recruitment Management Information for review/analysis/planning and Senior Management Team reports.
- Actively contribute operationally, and in People & Talent team meetings, to the continuous improvement of processes to support the scaling of the business.

**Requirements**:

- Good resourcing/interviewing skills
- Solid knowledge of external job boards and CV searching
- Experience using an ATS (Applicant tracking system)
- Agency/In-house Experience
- Good Microsoft Skills including Excel.
- Ability to prioritise and think proactively
