Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a growing and successful business in the Forest Row area who are currently in search of an Accounts Administrator for circa 3 - 6 months on a part time basis.

Ideally hours would be between 15-20 hours a week. Preferably worked on either Wednesday / Thursday or Thursday / Friday. Although there is flexibility

You will join a small team in a busy ecommerce business undertaking clerical tasks such as, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping

**Other duties to include**:

- Calculating and checking payments amounts
- Preparing accounts using QuickBooks and different online portals
- Portal accounts management (invoicing, raising queries etc)
- Raising invoices daily with data from customer portals onto QuickBooks
- QuickBooks invoice & credit notes raised when requested
- Assisting with Accounts department Inbox's
- Accounts Payable
- Monthly bank & credit card reconciliations
- Staff expense monitoring & posting
- Assist Managing Director/Finance Director as and when necessary
- All expenditure reconciled against QuickBooks
- Allocating cash and sending statements

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge / experience of using Quickbooks (Advantageous)
- Strong administration and invoicing experience (Essential)
- Previous experience working in a finance team (Advantageous)
- Attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
