**Salary**: From £38,734 per annum dependent on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing development of Degree Apprentices
- Accountable for ensuring people are SQEP for new processes as they are rolled out
- Support individuals in the management of their careers through the use of the career frameworks by providing advice and guidance on their development
- Coaches managers and staff to use the PM&C competency assessment framework to understand the technical meaning and contextual interpretation of competencies and levels
- Provides advice and guidance on how competencies may be developed through learning interventions
- Interface with wider BAE and external skills forums, networks and professional bodies as required

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**:

- In-depth of knowledge of Project Management & Controls
- Understanding Learning & development concepts and techniques as well as learning delivery methods
- Relevant Functional professional accreditations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of Project Control and Project Management competencies

As a Senior Planning, Monitoring and Control Professional, you will be accountable for supporting the development of SQEP cadres of Programme Monitoring and Controls (PM&C) professionals in line with business needs. This role will support the development of other interventions where these do not currently exist at the corporate or local level.
