**Job title**:Senior Planning Professional (Alliance)

**Salary**: Circa £38,734, depending on skills & experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Maintaining and improving the Schedule capability within the Alliance
- Monitoring and reporting the party's performance against input schedule quality requirements
- Supporting resolution of problems and issues relating to schedule maintenance
- Managing stakeholder engagement with those supplying inputs to and receiving outputs from the Schedule Team
- Maintaining a complete, accurate and up-to-date set of schedules for Alliance

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Competent user of Planning Software
- Ability to present planning information to stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to explain and demonstrate the link between other project Controls functions i.e. Risk, Cost and Reporting
- Provide advice and support to all functional area involved in Planning
- Demonstrates knowledge of schedule techniques such as milestone reporting, critical path methodology, resource scheduling and precedence
- Ability to provide schedule scenario planning

Desirable:

- Planning or Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ, Prince2)
- Experience with Primavera P6
- Knowledge of other Project Controls disciplines.
- Competent user of MS Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint

**The Alliance Planning team**:
You will be joining a small team of 5 who are responsible for Maintaining and improving the schedule capability within the Project Controls Team in the Alliance. They are responsible for the configuration, maintenance and analysis of the Alliance Integrated Schedule and its Bi-products and their associated quality and local administration of the P6 Database.
