We are currently looking for a **HR Generalist**to support a large, national organisation on a **temporary**contract for three months.

**Duties will include (but not limited to)**:

- Managing end-to-end ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management
- Advising and guiding managers on any HR queries, including ER cases
- Carrying out the induction process for new starters
- Supporting shared service team with projects and acting as point of contact for HR related queries

**Skills, knowledge and expertise required**:

- CIPD qualified
- Knowledge of employment law
- ER experience

**Working hours**:

- Opportunity to work either part-time (3 days per week) or full-time (37 hours)
