**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
Your role would require you to support 1 individual live their best life possible. The person we support lives in a 2 bedroom flat, with a small open balcony.
- Within this role you are required to support a gent who has his own personal interests, some of these are shown below.
- Bus journeys
- Shopping
- Small Walks

They all have there own likes and dislikes and will require you to respect this and support them to live our best lives possible.

Our staff team are great, and support the people we support to:

- Maintain there homes
- Helping with finances
- Support with eating
- Enjoy an active social life
- Planning days out

**Your values**:
You will be willing to take the time to get to know us and communicate clearly so I know what's happening. It's important that you're reliable and that we have common interests, but you also need to be able to get on with the rest of my team.
