DESCRIPTION

Are you a Commercial Account Handler, seeking a new opportunity with an insurance brokerage in the West Midlands?
Our client has acquired a good, strong independent brokerage in the West Midlands and on the back of this an interesting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Account Handler with good cross-class commercial insurance experience.
As Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for an existing book of business within the Commercial Insurance team dealing with a variety of commercial products.
Key duties will include:

- Managing an existing portfolio of business.
- Dealing with renewals.
- Handling a range of cross-class commercial business.
- Building relationships with both Clients and Insurers.
- Adhering to company and legal guidelines.
- Exceeding client service standards whilst working to personal and team targets.
- Ensuring accurate reporting of information on Acturis.

You:

- Will have proven experience within a Commercial Insurance role.
- Will have good cross-class commercial knowledge and experience.
- Ideally be Cert CII qualified or be willing to obtain this.
- Ideally be an Acturis user or have experience of Acturis.
- Will have excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner.
