My client is looking for an Administrator/PA to start asap, there is a vacant post so the position could go permanent but is temporary to start.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and/or the Maintenance Supervisor, the main responsibilities for the Administrator will be to work as part of a team to provide an effective and efficient administrative support service to Maintenance department.

Principal

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all Health & Safety at work regulations are complied with at all times.
- Complete all maintenance documentation and logs fully and to the correct standard.
- Ensure all Maintenance documentation is filed and stored in an organised manner.
- Ensure that all Maintenance records are uploaded into SAP accurately and in a timely manner.
- Raise purchase requisitions for spare parts and materials as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Manager.
- Liaise with the Stores & Accounts departments to book in orders and resolve invoice queries.
- Raise and issue permits to work for both internal staff and external contractors.
- Work in a methodical, organised & timely manner.
- Work overtime to support the business at times of high workload.
- Support the Maintenance Manager / Supervisor in the planning and scheduling of planned preventative maintenance work.
- Support the Maintenance Manager / Supervisor with the management of external contractors.
- Ensure that high standards of 6S are maintained within the Maintenance department at all times.
- Support the Maintenance Manager / Supervisor with the controlling of all machine spare parts, tools & equipment.
- Carryout reasonable tasks as requested by the Maintenance Manager / Supervisor.
- Preparing correspondence and presentation materials
- Organizing and coordinating in-house and off-site meetings, teleconferences and videoconferences
- Liaising with others in supporting visiting Operations VIP team with travel arrangements
- Preparing correspondence on behalf of Operations Management Team
- Liaising with internal and external customers on behalf of Operations Management Team.
- Organization of communication activities and events as deemed necessary
- Booking travel involving transport, accommodation and itineraries.
- Expenses management via Concur for Operations leaders.

Education/Experience requirements
- Highly motivated, pro-active and thrives under pressure situations and tight deadlines.
- Good Communication Skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent working knowledge of SAP Maintenance system.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Including Word, Excel, Power Point.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
