**The Role**

In the role of Paint Plant Jig Management you will be responsible for the organisation, cleaning and calibration of all paint jigs, working closely with the Paint Plant Automation Manager and paint production manager you will be needed to make sure that all jigs off the line are clean and calibrated ready to be used on the paint line by using the jig tracking system to identify when paint jigs are needed to be sent off to be cleaned and calibrated.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working according to Health and Safety requirements.
- Contribute to minimising rejects for inclusions and paint defects from Dirty jigs and poor presentation to the robots.
- Making sure all jigs are straightened off line ready for production use.
- Control and optimise jig tracking process.
- Communicate and liaise with the production planner on the status of jigs.
- Arranging the collection and drop off of jig sets to the jig cleaning company.
- Making sure all delivery notes are checked, signed and passed onto the finance department.
- Assisting with driving Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing improvement opportunities to the jig management process.
- Consistently ensure the successful effectiveness and improved efficiencies of the paint plant ensuring that all production schedules and KPIs are met.
- Show self-motivation and initiative at all times.
- Excellent Time Keeping and attendance
- Show a positive attitude towards the paint plant team.
- Ensure delivery of business objectives, continued growth and meeting customer requirements.
- The ability to lead by example and be an ambassador of the paint plant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
