**The Role**

In this role you will be working together with the rest of the planning team to support all planning activities related with paint and post molding’s.As part of a bigger organization you also be in contact with other areas of the business and external customers and suppliers. To ensure all customer requirements are efficiently and effectively planned through the appropriate planning tools and scheduled to maintain appropriate stocks levels to achieve on-time delivery and to report on the status of any overdue orders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Progress chasing.
- Receiving and raising schedules.
- Send internal communications.
- Conducting counts and stock takes.
- Raise work orders.
- Generate production sheets and production plans.
- Create update and maintain trackers and schedules.
- Support other areas of the business as requires.
- To escalate supply chain concerns to the Management team as appropriate.
- Any other duties which may reasonably be required by the post holders line Manager or Plant Manager.

**Required education, skills, training or experience**:

- Good time keeping and housekeeping.
- Organized, self-driven and self-motivated.
- Precise with information collecting and giving.
- Should be a team player and have ability to coordinate with fellow workers.
- Conscientious and flexible.
- Remains calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Administration experience with great attention to detail.
- IT skills (Office package, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams )
- Previous experience in the automotive sector.
- Basic understanding of the planning and manufacturing processes. (Training will be provided).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
