**The Lyreco group is the European leader and the third largest distributor of workplace products and services in the world.**

We are recruiting for Full time and Part time MHE Operators within the distribution centre at our Head Office in Telford.

Operating Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) within a fast-paced and safe environment within the National Distribution Centre on a rotating shift pattern.

Full training will be given and can gain more MHE training (Narrow aisle Reach truck MHE) is available.

The Warehouse Operative (MHE Operator) role includes:

- Accurate stock picking from ankle height to head height
- Achievement of daily accuracy and process targets
- Identify ‘defect’ products and place for ‘quarantine"
- Care and control of equipment
- Operation of Rider Pallet Trucks or more than 50% of working time.

The ideal Warehouse Operative (MHE Operator) will:

- Must hold a Rider Pallet Truck Licence
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy are a must
- Be able to work at pace
- Be team orientated
- Be able to communicate well
- Be able to pick customer orders accurately and stay within tolerance
- MHE A2 PPT certificate is required.
