Qhse Coordinator

We’re looking for a full-time, permanent, **QHSE Coordinator** to join us at our ASOS site in **Doncaster**. You’ll provide support internally within the QHSE team and to ensure the site complies with all safety regulations

You'll be working **Monday to Friday**, 08:30 - 17:00 but we do need some flexibility on occasion, after all this is logistics and a 24/7 site.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Liaise with suppliers and contractors with regards to any operational and Health and Safety requirements using electronic, verbal and written communication
- Offer advice and guidance where required with Incident Investigations, on site or remotely, when needed
- Day to day management of QHSE Admin
- Work closely with the Operational Teams to ensure that all accidents and incidents are thoroughly investigated, and the paperwork is compliant with current legislative requirements

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience of carrying out Environmental Audits of Noise/Light/Temperature levels to ensure compliance with recommended levels
- Experience of completing Risk Assessments and associated documentation including SSOW’s
- Good working knowledge of QHSE
- Good communication skills at all levels including written and verbal
