The CMMS Administrator will assist in the implementation of CMMS and maintenance strategy for the BT Division.

Reporting directly to the Asset Manager, they will be expected to work closely with the Technical Team, QHSE Team and Business Units to coordinate change via current processes.

Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAdministers technology systems and processes, including the CMMS platform SI7 (Jarvis) by supporting the CMMS Manager and Technology Manager.

Responsible for CMMS activities, including change management, implementations, guidance, and ongoing care ensuring work is completed in accordance with account timelines & contractual agreements.

Provides assistance on CMMS products as required and works with other SMEs in the organization to ensure adequate and meaningful learning programs for users.

Provides general IT support such as setting up mobile devices, system accesses and other duties requested.
Assist in providing demonstrations of all aspects of the CMMS, either over Zoom or in-person at the account or client locations.
  • Understanding the wider Asset and PM Management change processes and administering all submitted changes through the Simple Change Process.
  • Preparing Preventative Planned Maintenance schedules.
Assigning Preventative Planned Maintenance jobs to the correct operative.
Ensuring that contractor schedules are aligned with business requirements.
Input directly into the SI7 database or prepare bulk uploads as appropriate.

Monitoring the quality of data inputted to the CMMS to aid asset trend analysis, performance levels and ensuring the asset management approach is appreciated and demonstrated by each site cluster.

Understand the current CBRE/ BT Contract and ensure service delivery metrics are managed in accordance with the contractual requirements and are reflected in the CMMS.Works closely with Account AOMs and Technical Supervisors, to help ensure a consistent, effective approach to account management.

Works closely with the D&T Support Team, in order to complete development or technical tasks on time and on budget.

Helps to provide a harmonious environment between Account Management and the D&T departments.
Participate in UAT testing activities and mobility testing.
Work closely with the CMMS business & D&T roadmap team to support any and all initiatives.

EDUCATION And EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or Equivalent plus 3-5 years' experience with process improvement, project management or other related experience.

Prior experience with CMMS products a plus.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSESMicrosoft Project classwork or certificate of training preferred.
Communication SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information over Webex or in-person presentations. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGEAbility to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and profit. Requires adequate knowledge of bidding and scoping software and professional services SOW documents. Conducts advanced financial analysis as required on a per
