The programme
Key responsibilities
Providing dedicated business administrative support to the Contracts Manager and Senior Compliance Manager.
Legal Support:
- Working alongside the Legal team, to support use of all legal systems, policies and processes.- Assisting the Contracts Manager, being an ‘expert’ on our in-house legal and contracts management system and supporting the business on system queries.- Be a proficient user of DocuSign, and have a vast understanding of the contract management process- Have a basic understanding of different contract types and advise the business on their contractual needs.
Compliance Support:
- Maintaining the compliance policies central documents areas and the policy index.- Providing advice on basic compliance policy queries from the business.- Assisting the compliance manager on administration and communications for training, audits and other Compliance activities with the business.- Carrying out third party vendor due-diligence screening and updating the registers for vendors and high-risk vendors.- Reviewing third party gifts and hospitality approval requests and updating the third party gifts and hospitality registers.
Required qualifications and skills:
- GCSE English and Maths- Provide Evidence of eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the programme- Results driven, organised, analytical, customer focused, strong communicator and team player- Able to start September 2024
