Job Title: Pre Sales IT Services
Education: A Level or equivalent
**Salary**: £47,000 - £49,000

To support the voice and IT sales team from a technical perspective on our product portfolio.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist Account Managers and Customer Advocates with technical pre-sales and scoping of solutions.
- Generate up-to-date pricing from suppliers.
- Price up designs using calculation sheets for internal use.
- Provide support to project managers/engineers regarding projects and technical interface including the creation of project plans.
- Conduct site surveys and complete scope of works documentation.
- Work with the tender and bid team to formulate responses.
- Technical configuration and pricing solutions.
- Pre-Sales Support on Wider Portfolio.
- Assist Account Managers in sales opportunities.
- Provide a technical overview at sales meetings i.e. new kit, features etc.
- Take ownership and maintain the demo kit.
- Provide technical documentation and diagrams to sales team and customers.
- Provide technical input to the design of the solution including licensing.
- Conduct customer presentations and demonstrations.
- Embrace Avoira’s core values along with change and provide constructive ideas for improving service, working methods and environment.
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities for the role.

- Understands and can articulate company approach to Radio solutions.
- Help grow Avoira’s market share and assist the team to meet targets.
**Skills & Experience**:
**Essential**
- Reliable, responsible, well organised self-starter
- An eye for uncovering opportunities not directly related to opportunities already expose by the client
- Able to master new technologies quickly and effectively
- Ability to maintain good relationships with Sales, Project Management and Engineering team.
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain a DBS Check
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent proposal writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Dependable and flexible when necessary.
