Pyramid8 are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to work in a dynamic, interesting and fast paced company, they are truly one of a kind in the management of Fleet Vehicles. The business is expanding, and they are looking for an enthusiastic, confidentand professional individual. The role involves ensuring all vehicles are maintained, including Servicing, MOT’s and general repair work. You will have technical knowledge and be able to challenge and understand when work needs to completed. Experience in working in a Car Servicing departmentwould be ideal.

**The Role**
- To manage all maintenance processes and to ensure all customers receive excellent customer service
- Maintain detailed understanding of the motor industry processes and practices with up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices including trade description and consumer protection laws.
- Ensure maintenance entries are recorded accurately and completely
- Assist the maintenance team in achieving target costs for servicing and repairs
- Accurate and efficient data input

**Duties**
- Manage and track maintenance of vehicles
- Processing tyre replacements/repairs and arranging customer recharges
- Processing vehicle repairs in a timely manner
- Checking supplier invoices to ensure pricing is correct and they are uploaded to the database
- Chasing maintenance and bodywork suppliers to ensure timely repairs of vehicles

**Experience**
- Successful track record in similar role, or alternatively a role which has transferable skills i.e Vehicle Technician or Service Advisor
- Methodical and process driven
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Work well under pressure especially during peak periods
- Good numeracy & literacy skills
- Good IT skills, including an understanding of Microsoft packages
- Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders

Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload
