Radar Recruitment have been exclusively retained with one of, if not the most exciting product-based companies in Kent, to recruit an FP&A Analyst for their UK Head Office. The FP&A Analyst will report into the Global Group Finance Lead and work closelyalongside the senior UK team to deliver effective information across the Group and support wider consolidation activities. The role will suit individuals who have worked in the following capacities: FP&A, Finance Analyst, Finance Business Partner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ownership and delivery of:

- Analysis and manipulation of large data sets - costs, performances, margins, all related to supply chain, operations labour etc.
- Insights and conclusions - taking the raw information and providing effective commentary relevant to the individuals it will have an impact on.
- Business partnering - developing relationships across the Group to ensure the flow of financial information between departments and regions is efficient. Will include data gathering from multiple divisions across different time zones as well as deliveringresults to various stakeholders.
- Generation of management reports focusing on benchmarking of costs.
- Track and report on volumetric and other non-financial information including KPIs.
- Supporting wider team with:

- Monthly budgets, 5-year plans.
- Year end consolidations.
- Management of intercompany transactions and balances
- Cost management and identification of issues across the divisions within the Group - productivity, throughput etc.

**Profile**:

- Formally Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) QBE to potentially be considered.
- Prior experience in a business with a physical product or service is essential to understanding the nuances relating to supply chains and operations.
- Ability to handle, manipulate, analyse and draw conclusions from large data sets received from a variety of sources.
- Desire to work autonomously, manage own diary effectively and be objective-driven in mindset.
- Demonstrate an ability to work at pace, effectively with attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Advanced system skills - Excel, ERP, Power BI
- Exposure to a Group environment or consolidated accounts/divisions is not essential, yet would be useful in understanding some of the challenges around BAU.
