The role will also provide key financial support to various stakeholders across the organisation. - Assist in the preparation and review of revenue forecast.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities to present to key stakeholders.
- Continuously strive to improve the relevancy and quality of reports.
- Respond to financial queries from BU’s and other key stakeholders.
- Assist in the timely preparation, consolidation and presentation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-range plans.
- Support various business stakeholders in the preparation of accurate budget and forecast data ensuring timescales are adhered to.
- Improve and design models to increase efficiency in the preparation of annual Budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models for various BU’s and projects (both Capex and non-Capex)
- Assist in the reporting of projects against Budgets or forecasts to provide accurate financial analysis of project delivery.
- You will ideally be a qualified accountant or studying towards your final exams.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a FP&A team or business partnering role.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues across the organisation.
- First class Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Access Dimensions and Focal Point accounting software
- Experience of ERP systems
- Experience of modelling
